Family Gateway is dedicated to providing families with services designed to restore dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency to the family unit, thus breaking the cycle of generational homelessness. And helping parents succeed is vital to ensuring an entire family's success.

Family Gateway offers parents special classes and the opportunity to learn new life and employment skills that help them enjoy greater confidence and success at home and work. These new skills help families manage their relationships, finances and career outlook to maintain self-sufficiency and achieve a brighter future.

Adult programming and services include:

Life Skills Training
To strengthen families and provide a good foundation for relationships and decision- making, Family Gateway offers parenting, budgeting, nutrition and housekeeping classes for residents.

Employment Skills Training
The Gateway to Jobs program teaches valuable employment skills such as resume writing, interviewing and dressing for success. In addition, Family Gateway offers full-time job placement assistance for clients.
